  • چطور خرید کنیم؟

    یک) انتخاب محصول مورد نظر از سمت راست (آنتی ویروس یک ساله یا دو ساله)؛

    در این مرحله به درگاه پرداخت بانکی منتقل می‌شوید و با وارد کردن اطلاعات حساب خود و پرداخت مبلغ به سایت ما باز می‌گردید. اکنون 3 ایمیل دریافت کرده‌اید. دو ایمیل از طرف شرکت گردو شامل اطلاعات پرداخت و رسید، Username و Password برای رجیستر کردن آنتی ویروس. یک ایمیل از طرف شرکت ESET شامل همان Username و Password و توضیحات تکمیلی شرکت به زبان انگلیسی.

  • تعداد کاربرها چگونه است؟

    وقتی خرید را برای بیش از یک کاربر انجام می‌دهید، همچنان همان یک Username و Password در اختیارتان قرار می‌گیرد و کافیست از آن روی تعداد رایانه‌های مجاز مورد نظر استفاده کنید. اما دقت داشته باشید که در صورت استفاده Username و Password روی تعداد بیشتری از رایانه‌ها در مقایسه با تعداد کاربرانی که در هنگام خرید انتخاب کرده‌اید، آن Username و Password بلاک (مسدود) خواهد شد و دیگر نمی‌توانید با آن‌ها برنامه را آپدیت کنید.

  • زمان استفاده چگونه است؟

    زمان شروع دوره یک یا دو ساله استفاده از محصولات دقیقاً از لحظه خرید توسط شرکت ESET محاسبه می‌شود. همچنین در ایمیلی که خود شرکت ESET برایتان می‌فرستد نیز این تاریخ قید شده است.

  • اعتبار باقی مانده لایسنس را چگونه بررسی کنم؟

    برای مشاهده زمانی که از اکانت شما باقی مانده است باید به بخش وریفای مراجعه فرمایید. یوزرنیم و پسوردتان را در کادرهای مربوطه وارد کنید و روی دکمه بررسی کلیک کنید. پس از این کار سه حالت می تواند اتفاق بیفتد. اگر لایسنس هنوز اعتبار داشته باشد در دو کادر تاریخ انقضا و تعداد روزهای باقی مانده را خواهید دید. اگر اعتبار تمام شده باشد با پیغام «لایسنس منقضی شده است» مواجه می‌شوید. اگر اطلاعات را اشتباه وارد کرده باشید پیغام «نام کاربری یا رمزعبور اشتباه است» را مشاهده خواهید کرد.
